Oriental spice blend made from gray sea salt from Île de Ré with sesame, za'atar, and sumac. Spicy-aromatic with a slightly nutty and citrusy note. Ideal for seasoning vegetables, salads, bread, hummus, rice dishes, and baked dishes.
