Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — www.taizespirit.com, owner: Charlotte Riedl-Würfel, Hildebrandtgasse 3, 5020 Salzburg, Austria, email: service@taizespirit.com — by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. We will inform you without delay once we have received your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, these costs amount to EUR 100 for returns from Austria, EUR 150 for returns from Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Hungary, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia and the Czech Republic, and EUR 250 for returns from the remaining EU member states.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or goods that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
