Shipping Information

Parcels are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment via Post-DHL, DPD or UPS, with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive your shipment by registered mail, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. We will send you a tracking link regardless of the shipping method you choose.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend combining several items in one order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs will be calculated separately for each order. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but fragile goods are handled with particular care.

The shipping boxes are generously sized, and your goods are packed with proper protection.
