Redcurrant – Strawberry – Blackcurrant Jam from Taizé

An intensely fruity jam with the full aroma of red berries. The fine tartness of redcurrants harmonizes perfectly with the sweetness of sun-ripened strawberries and the rich, slightly tangy note of blackcurrants. The result is a well-balanced fruit spread with a distinctive taste and deep red color.

Made according to a traditional recipe in collaboration with the Community of Taizé. Ideal for breakfast, on fresh bread, croissants, with yoghurt, desserts or as a refined accompaniment to cheese.
